Hey guys, I have a Toshiba HD-XA1 for sale.
You guys know what a rock solid machine this is. It is an excellent CD transport, as well as a great DVD and HD-DVD player.
One of its best features is the 5.1 analogue output. The aluminum door functions perfectly as well.
Cosmetically it is good, but not perfect. You can see in the picture where the top edge has a scuff. It is barely noticeable in the photo, and hard to see with the middle atlantic faceplate in place.
Functionally, it works perfectly, absolutely flawless. It has the latest firmware (3.0 I think) as I updated it about two weeks ago. No hangups, freezups, nothing, just a rock solid player.
I have owned everything from an HD-A1 to the XA2 to the A35, and build quality and looks wise, none can rival the XA1. In fact, this is my second one, and I bought this one after getting rid of all the rest.
It will ship in the original box, with the original (in plastic) owner's manual, and BACKLIT remote! This remote is actually worth almost as much as the player is being sold for! The only factory thing it doesn't come with are the feet.
Get it while it lasts, selling for only $99 plus shipping. Plan on $35 for shipping, as it is a TANK and shipping weight may be close to 30 lbs.
If you are interested also, I will include the middle atlantic faceplate for an additional $25.
