What's your favorite power ballad?

For me it's "November Rain" by Guns N' Roses.

Slash was definitely at the top of his game and Axl was Axl. Too bad Axl was Axl because that band coulda done soooo much more if he wasn't such a freak.:(

Saw them live couple weeks ago with an Orchestra. Geoff Tate still has his pipes.

This is incredible considering that he was awesome in the late 80's! How are his recordings?

The game GTA Vice City, has some incredible radio stations, my favorite is "Emotion".
It's a power ballad station with a hilarious DJ, Fernando Martinez.
He plays this cheesy, slick, latino-Lover with funny lines such as:
"people call me at the station and ask 'Fernando, are you Bilingual ? and I say, I try anything once'".

    youtube link ...

Anyway two of my favorite ballads are there:

Cutting Crew - Died in your Arms tonight
Reo Speedwagon - Keep On Loving You
"If the global crisis continues, by the end of the year Only two Banks will be operational, the Blood Bank and the Sperm Bank. Then these 2 banks will merge and it will be called 'The Bloody **** Bank'"

Don't know that I could call it a favorite, but it's definately one of the first songs I think of when someone says "power ballad".

    Love Song - Tesla
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore
