tweeter messed up ? got questions

OK at first I thought it was my amp then, after moving interconnects the problem stayed on the right , then I moved the tweeters (swapping all the lefts for the rights) now the issue is on the left so problem moved ok its the tweets, Im just having a hard time figuring out which one I can listen too them all put my ear up too them , turn the 6.5s off with my other amp. and have only tweeters playing. I hear music from all the tweeters, its just not crisp on this channel , Got any ideas maybe I should ohm each one out ? its kinda like the left side one or two of the tweets is muffled, its just not as crisp. any ideas will be appreciated :confused:

    Ohm all of the tweeters out both in circuit and out of circuit and provide the results please.

    I don't think they're all supposed to sound the same. That's why I couldn't hang the same cap on all 4 in my srs's.

    Use a paper towel tube over the tweet to isolate it from the others.

    Ok Ive isolated them one at a time , they have a different sound each one I expected that. So I pulled them out and ohmed them, all were 5.5 except one 5.8 I pulled the 5.8 out of the line up and replaced it. Everything is back to normal Dont think .3 ohms is enough to make that much of a difference but ....here we are Im happy again for a little while...anyways.

    I thought I did that already but Ill check so far I like the sl300s Ive put in. They seem a little more crispin the ones that replaced , I put them in the tweeter location that was the loudest the 3rd one down from the top.
