I'm sure I read this commeneted elsewhere as well, that even though the RTi12s are rated down to 18Hz, I personally don't think so.
I listened to Kodo (25th Anniversary), which others here have heard to contain some of the lowest frequencies heard, I simply did not hear all that much of them with just the RTi12's. When I added the sub-Holy Bejeezus  And I don't even have my ideal sub yet.... Now I am also not discounting the fact that my room is IMHO acoustically near impossible with all the open spaces and cathedral ceilings, etc, that could have had some impact on the RTi12's not sounding thier best .____________________

They are not "rated" at 18 Hz. The cut-off is at 18 Hz, which means that is the lower limit at which they do anthing at all describable, which is far below useful. 30 Hz is the rated point at which they are at half their nominal response. -

I just called 'rated' since that was listed in the specs. Is that what the "Lower -3dB Limit" means? hmm. Learn something new every day (or hour in this place :cool:____________________

Hey Steve. Did you try it out, the bridging? If yes, please post some feedback. I'm a new Onk905 owner. So from what I understand, the bringing does NOT limit the setup to 2.1 LS - it does limit ONE of the TWO possible setups (speakers A and . So - I think I can run speakers B in the BTL and speakers A as in 7.1 setup fot HT .
regarsd to all HT funs.
My set-up:
Onk905 (replaced ArcamAVR250)
Denon 2200
LGBH100 (blu and HDDVD)
Monitor Audio RS8 fronts
Monitor Audio LCR center
Eltax dipols as surrounds and backs.
