I am looking ofr a pair of speakers for my 2 ch. rig. You can see what im using in the sig. below. I am also adding a pic of it.

I am looking at either one of the following.

Polk
LSi9
LSi7

Klipsch
RB-81
RB-61

I relize there is a large price difference but I am not basing my purchase on this.

Im looking for something that works very well with LP's. I currently am recording to computer all my LP's so I can use them in a portable minidisc and also play them in my vehicles cd. I dont use MP3 I use WAV.

I am also recording to RTR with my RT909 to playback for just listening.

Im not into booming bass or that thump thump. I like crisp mids and highs with mellow bass.

I will be bringing a cd with some tunes on it to audition when I go to make my purchase.

I am leaning towards the LSi9 as it has great reviews compared to the good reviews from the RB-81's.

I am currently using vintage Infinity Qe's setup on 24" stands. My amp puts out 80 watts @ 8 ohm and 100 @ 4 ohm
