Actually it went down...considerably. $195 + shipping versus $199 shipped is very different. Shipping is probably a good $20 on that unit, maybe more....it's good size.
The Belkin PF units are awesome, I have 2. -

These are a great unit. Basically the best conditioner without dropping mega money for some Richard Gray stuff. Somebody buy this if you're even considering a power conditioner.

I second that. I have one of these and love it. I had a smaller unit (PF30) from Belkin that stopped switching on and even though it was out of warranty I did an RMA and they shipped me a PF60! Great service.
