luxman LV-105

i got a luxman LV-105 for cheap, one channel does not work, i can get it fixed for around $200 to $250 including upgrades, what they upgrade i dont know. is it worth it? the one channel that does work sounds very good. if its not worth it i will just use it for my center channel, so what do you think?

    I believe thats the one with the pre amp tubes showing through the window on the front?While good in its day and must be close to 20 yrs old,IMO not worth sinking that kind of money into.
