Catastrophic cartoon

ok, so here's the deal......there is this cartoon that i saw on cartoon network back when dexter's lab and cow and chicken were shorts......so like late 90s......anyways this cartoon was a short as well and it starred a boy and his dog.......they were at the grocery store and the kid went to the little cheezy toy machines that they have there and bought a toy that transformed into a lot of crazy things.....anyways all through out this cartoon this boy yells out catastrophic like every 5 secs........anyways it was like one of me and best friends fav. cartoons......i wanted to see if you all had ever seen it or could help me locate it online......i have looked for it quite a bit......so anyways.......just let me know......thanks ya'll!
