Just wondering if anyone lives somewhat close to me that has
a set of RTi10s. That maybe i could hear them. Mine sound like
sh%*. I would be willing to travel a good distance just need to
figure these out. I'm in bethlehem Pa 18015

how far do you have them from the wall?
open them up, check the connections and stuff, you never know if something may be loose/cracked, etc.
also check if there is a Tweeter store nearby you, I'm sure they have a pair you could hear. -
I did everything there must be something wrong with them.

I have an 805 and RTi12s, you could listen to the 12s, then if you wanted to we could swap in your 10s
I'm using an amp, the Onkyo is just a pre/pro.
I think it sounds pretty good so far (for being in an acoustically impossible room).
Personally I still think mine are too bright for metal, if that is your concern, but at least you'll be sure the issue is with your speakers rather than your system or listening room.____________________
