Oh man! I've been arm twisted into taking my 11 year old daughter to the Jonas Brothers concert at an outdoor venue here in Pittsburgh. I'm looking forward to this as if it were an ice water ****. I'm wondering how many other dads or moms have seen these Disney Channel phenoms this year???

I just hope she doesn't find out about the Cheetah Girls in concert this November here in the 'Burgh!

My 9 YO daughter go ga-ga over those boys, Carl. You're not alone.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

My daughters are asking me to take them to see Hannah Montana in concert.
If they succeed on twisting my arm, I'll have my daughters call your daughter to convince YOU to take her to the same concert.

Ed, you have enough daughters to fill a concert hall:D

The Hanna Montana concert tickets were going for $100 and more around here. This concert will cost you as much as a Krell amp!

I feel like, when I was 10, if I asked my parents to take me to something that cost 50 or 100 dollars, they would have laughed in my face.

    You've all gone soft! :)

You're a good man Carl. I wonder what concert my son will want to go to. Then again, he probably will not want "The Old Man" with him.

I agree Bobman. Even $20 back then for a concert would have sent my Dad into hysterics.

Carl, my supervisors took her grand daughter a few weeks ago in Phoenix, she said it was insane. And her daughter cried the whole time. From happiness I presume.

Oh yeah! I was thinking that, as I always think that way:D LOL!

The Jonas Brothers tickets were $26 each. Yes, they are lawn tickets in an outdoors venue. Not bad! Concerts use to cost me $8 - 10 many years ago. So in perspective, $26 is not bad.

Well, I survived the concert. Lot's of high pitched, ear piercing screams from tweener and teenage girls. I was definately outnumbered by females. And yes, lots of moms there with their daughters;)

The stage production was first class. Lots of special lighting, video and pyrotechnics. They boys came off with a clean sound, professional presentation. The venue was sold out! I'm guessing over 20,000 people. I'm glad to see the boys enjoy some fame. Who knows how long it will last. Good luck Jonas Brothers!:)
