While this is my main home I have been sent to another forum to get some help on my TT. There is a lot of info for members that have gone beyond the basics that have started us off here. For TT discussions this place is real hard to beat. It even has the same forum engine so you feel like you are at home:)

I'm not a member, but I have been lurking on the SH forums for several years. Lots of great information.

One thing that I have found particularly useful is some of the audio recommendations on vinyl, HDCD, and SACD there. I hate to get some new material, and find out it was recorded real bad.

That's the biggest value to me from lurking there! Another good place for recommendations, although not nearly as informed recommendations as at SH Forums, is AudioAsylum.com. You have learn who to trust on that one.

That's a problem we seem to have here. Too many people hop on the brand wagon from a few reviews, and yet they have never even heard never mind did a comparo of different pieces. I was guilty of this kinda behavior early on:o, but now if I don't know I don't say. It's better to look like a fool with your mouth shut than open it and remove all doubt;)
