Just picked up one of these. I have a question regarding changing discs in this player. When I go from one disc to another, the player makes clicking type of sound about 10 times and the blue light inside blinks. It does this after the last disc and then again, before the next disc. Is this a normal operation? Thanks.

Hmmm....I have 2 of these machines and I can't say that I hear a "clicking" sound. Basically when you select a disc, the carrousel advances to the disc location (whirring sound) then makes a sound when it pulls the disc from the tray.
Is your unit working ok despite the clicking sound?

It seems to work fine otherwise. Does you blue light blink while changing discs? Maybe 10 times when it's putting one disc back and then another 10 times when picking out the next disc?

Yes, the blue light blinks until the disc is selected. I bought one of the units brand new at a Sony store and the other from a local guy, so I know that this is correct.
