I have a perfect condition adcom 500II pre amp for sale. Tuner doesn't work but other than that it works great. Comes with manual , remote , and adcom IC. Ships in original box.

    Any idea exactly what's wrong with the tuner?
    I don't read the newsssspaperssss because dey aaaallllllllll...... have ugly print.

    the Adcom is famous for the control pots disintegrating. I've had 2 GTP 400's and a 500 do the same thing. Adcom is about the only one that can repair these as parts have gotten scarce for them.
    When the tuners start acting up it's too late. They just fall apart.
