i have a set of these, i get my RDO-198 replacement tweeters tommorow. i swiped a set of sl2000 tweets from my sda-crs speakers just to hear what they sounded like, they sounded great, cant wait to hear them with the new tweeters.

I was pretty excited until I found they were gone.

Fortunately I was able to console myself with a pair of Monotor 10's with polk stands, original paperwork and a vintage Hitachi receiver for $20.00 that day in Oakland.

From what I have read here I think they are the original version, brown face,Peerless tweeters and dual fuses in the back. Really like the sound stage they produce.

His BIN is way to high. I had a pair and upgraded the tweeters to the 198s. Great sounding speakers and sexy looking. These do look to be in pretty good shape.
