Hyundai Genesis

I was just checking out this car and it looks pretty cool. It appears to be made to compete with the S Class with its 375hp V8 along with a host of interior goodies that usually only come with a much price tag. I also noticed that the Genesis comes with an 8 speaker Lexicon sound system...

Genesis Thread <----previous thread
I agree....the look and features on paper are impressive (the grill aside)..........it'll be interesting to see how well it does against the other big names.......comment comment comment comment. bitchy. -
A couple of the KN's that I work with have these....nice cars.
I am all about Korean cars. TLW has a Kia Sorento and it has been a great car. The disadvantages are that the interior fit and finish tends to be cheap and the resale value is for shiite. That said though, they seem to run very well.

I would have never guessed that pic was a Hyundai....with a V8 to boot :eek:The first rule of Fight Club is you don't talk about Fight Club

I obviously can't speak for resale value, however I can say that fit and finish on this car are top-notch. I hate to say it, but when we were at the auto show, myself and a friend noticed that the interior of the Genesis on display was holding up better than the Lexus LS460. To make it worse it appeared to us that the Hyundai was getting far more attention too.HT

Cool, I haven't really looked inside, I just know they look cool...

I saw the commercial on TV last night; more this and that than a MB S-class -- the ad presentation made me think it was a Maybach (who doesn't advertise) -- but then they revealed it was a Hyundai. The grill reminds me of a stacked-up Mazda logo.

Oooooh a BMexus InfiBenzDai.
Read a bit about it, looks great on paper. Not so crazy about the confused styling.
For sub 40k new, im guessing it will do excellent in the used market.

I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.
