What a great morning. Absolutely FANTASTIC.

I was going to play golf this morning but the weather isn't really cooperating so I've been parked in front of my rig all morning just listening.

I swear, we don't do that enough. You know, it's great to talk about our rigs and so forth but it's nice to just sit and LISTEN. Not for what the rig does well or doesn't do well but just for the sheer joy of music.

Great stuff.

Have a great day, I know I am.

Oh, and BTW, if you ain't listening to Quad electrostatics....you are missing out! :D

You're absolutely right Troy - not enough. My wife and son went golfing after work today. It was a long week so I stayed home, painted for an hour and then turned the tunes on. Pure heaven. Vacation starts today anyway so there will be enough time for golf next week.

Right now, Dave Matthews, IMO, has NEVER sounded better.

Janmike, I've been playing a LOT of golf the past couple of months.....I love golf but the past couple years, just haven't played a lot. So I've been playing a lot and working on my game and really just haven't had much time with everything to sit and LISTEN as opposed to just background noise....

    Man, this is just intoxicating.

    Oh, I do.

I've owned them all....Carver's of every variety, SDA's, AR9's, Dahlquists...etc..nothing, IMO, has matched the transparency and musicality of the Quads.

If Diana wanted me to love her like a man....those lights would be ON :D

She might even like something by TOOL ....say Prison sex ...for mood music.

Lights could be off for Linda.....;)

This is the thing. Good cinematography, good film editing, good sound reproduction does not draw attention to itself. It conveys the performance to you without being conspicuous.
