how does it sound with those settings?
have you run your Sony's auto calibration for the speakers?
I think your fronts you could run on large...PolkFest 2012, who's going>?

i have ran the auto cal on the reciever it set everything to small but the fronts, i set the fronts so small so it wouldnt work on the lows so much (if that makes sence), the setup sounds good but i feel that the bass is to deep is that controlled by the crossover?.

yes the bass on the speakers is also controlled by the crossover.. you can try say 80 on the crossover and see how it sounds... or 90, or 100PolkFest 2012, who's going>?

I would set the fronts as large and keep your crossover around 60hz. You can try to go higher, however IMO, there is nothing worse sounding than a sub that plays too high (hz).Living Room:....................

Zone 2 (Workout Room):

M50s should be set to small. What's the -3db 57hz? Cut them at 80.
