Picked up a new receiver but it does not have a Phono input and every other input I tried my turntable will not work, no sound.
Any ideas?

You can use an external phono pre-amp if your AVR doesn't have one built in.polkaudio RT35 Bookshelves
polkaudio 255c-RT Inwalls
polkaudio DSWPro550WI
polkaudio XRT12 XM Tuner
polkaudio RM6750 5.1

What level of quality do you want (in other words, how much do you want to spend) ?
Phono preamps are available at most of the major hifi retailers at deal with vinyl playback: Audioadvisor, Needledoctor, etc.
However, I'd recommend going used though. There are lots of choices at audiogon and ebay -
Cheap, cheap, cheap, no need for anything hi-end. I'll check ebay.If...

I think I recall Starchaser finding a new one for 15 bucks or so, you may want to ask him.

I think I still have my first phono pre. Paid 20 buck for it. Let me look for it if I still have it its yours for no cost.

Ron, I need one too. I recently setup a B&K PT-5 pre-amp and now don't have a phono input either. What did you buy?

Dave let me know I'll extend the offer to you if I can find it. Shoot me a PM if intersted.
