Advice on connecting DSW500

I am looking to connect a DSW500 to a Onkyo TX-SR805 and looking for advice on the best way to connect the system. I am using RTiA7's as my towers, FXiA4's as my surrounds, and a CSi5 as my center.
Should I connect all to the receiver, or connect the satellites to the sub? What type of cable and connectors do you suggest?
I am a total newbie to this situation and would greatly appreciate any info/advice you have to offer.
Thanks.

I'm sure the first question you'll be asked (by those that can provide a better answer than I) is what are you using your system for? Home Theater (HT) or Music (and is that music surround or 2 channel). I think that a dedicated 2 channel music setup requires the sub be setup differently. Also some SACD/Surround music sources don't use the LFE.
Anyway, the simple answer is likely that you only need to hook up the sub using the LFE output from the Pre/Pro/AVR/Amp to the LFE in on the sub. And connect all your speakers directly tot he AVR or Amp outputs.
If you need to get more advanced or heavy into 2 channel, then you'll need to look more into bass management (and other areas of which I have zip experience-so take this with a grain of salt) and using the speaker level inputs as opposed to the line level LFE input. If anything I think the main left and right channel speakers outputs from the AVR/AMP would be sent to the sub first, then fromt he sub speaker level outs to the left and right main speakers. The AVR's bass management would be turned off and the sub would handle any bass management and crossover frequencies.
At least that is my impression thus far. Of course I would expect the DSW woudl come with a user's guide on how to do this?____________________

Thanks for the info. I plan on using the set-up for HT, and thought the easiest way to connect it was using the LFE direct to the sub-woofer.
I really appreciate the info. This forum is one of the reasons I bought Polk.....
