hardwood floor spikes from polk?

i've got a set of rti12's on top of 12x12 granite slabs on top of hardwood floors with the stupid carpet spikes on the bottom of the speakers. i need to move the speakers and they're impossible to move without ruining my floor due to the carpet spikes. polk support says they sell a hardwood floor kit which will replace the carpet spikes. has anybody tried one of these? do they actually replace the carpet spikes or is it just something that the carpet spikes sit on?

i have a outlaw sub with carpet spikes that fit into little pads for use on hardwood floors. the problem with that setup is that if you slide it on the floor and it catches on something, the sub slips off the pads and then of course the carpet spikes put a nice big scratch on the hardwood floor. if the polk solution is the same thing, i don't want it.

As I know Polk speaker spikes they come in a two piece fashion. Carpet spike in a rubber foot which can be removed for carpet vs. hard floor. It sounds like you don't have the rubbers any more? And Polk is selling you the replacements?

mine didn't come with rubber feet. only the carpet spikes which you can't use on hardwood floors.
