where do i get replacement SDA drivers

Hi ya I have a bad 6 inch mid-driver on my sda 1b where can I purchase a new or used one?

    Can you let us know what model woofer it is. It should say something like MW6501.

    Call Polk CS. I am not sure if they still carry that one. If they don't post your findings here. A Polkie may be able to help you out. Also mention that you are a Club Polk member, and you will get it for $48 shipped;)

    Just a quick note here....I talked to Polk....about replacement woofers for a set of SDA 1C.......they said you can NOT get the cross-over any more for that speaker...OK not great....but they said they may not make the drivers or tweeters for this speaker much longer.......NOT a GOOD thing!!!!!!!!!!!

    Is there something wrong with your crossovers? They can be rebuilt, there's many rebuild threads here. As for discontinuing drivers, that would be a huge disappointment since their vintage speakers have such a large following.

    Nothing wrong with the cross-over right now...I change one a few years ago....should have just changed both......thought I would....but was informed it was no longer made.
    Ok..that was a bummer...but as you say...i can just pull it and rebuild.
    But the no more woofers or tweeters thing....really upset me.....and I talked to them 2 days ago......I'm not a happy camper about this. Right now I need a woofer.....they have them.....but down the road...you may not be able to get them....why I don't understand. I would think there's enough people out there...hard core Polk people that need and want these.
