Whats a cool electronic/gadget/gizmo to own?

Are there any electronics for home audio/video out there that are really sweet? I always like looking for new stuff, but I can't think of anything! If yall can't either, then list the coolest gadget/electronic you own in your system!

Heres something that looks cool for video gamers, been done before but this looks pretty sweet:

Is there any kind of colored light/lamp you can buy that hooks up to your receiver and changes color when the music changes or anything like that?

    1. Can't have a projection in my current room.
    2. I have a really good laptop hooked up to my tv now.
    3. What does a bass shaker do?

    Not quite what you are asking for but (IMNSHO) you want either one of these:

    A bass shaker is like what they use in amusement park rides - whenever there is bass in the audio, the seat you are sitting in shakes. It's a good alternative to a subwoofer, and would be great for small places in which you can't (or don't want to) have a sub in the room. Or if you don't want to annoy the neighbors but "feel" the bass.
