One of my daughters is on her way to the hospital. She has been throwing up for a while, and is complaining of a pain in her neck(how ironic). Well I have the wee one, and I hope we don't get sick. Her mom is taking her. You guys know what is needed.
Thanks
Ben

She is 5. The thing that scares me is that she likes to get into meds, and such. Its under control here, but .... Well I'll leave that one alone. She wasn't with me today. And she will not tell us if she got into something she shouldn't have. Its a tough phase right now, but just a phase.

OK guys. Mom is an x Medic, and now works for a children's hospital. Ashley just started school, and with her symptoms she was worried she had meningitis. She gets to Atlanta hospital goes in the door. Ashley's head perks up, and she says "mommy I want to watch Ice Age" mom is pissed. She is now on her way back to me with Ashley, and she is doing much better. Well daddy is going to sleep with Ash tonight to make sure she is fine. Sorry about jumping the gun, but that kid scares me when it comes to getting into stuff.
    Thanks

Glad it worked out as it did. Much better than the alternative. (actually getting admitted spending hours in the ER and then perking up....)

    Congrats and get some sleep.

ask the doctor about "emetrol"...check spelling...helps stop throwing up. Most drug stores have it.

    Good luck Ben.

Guys I am really wiped out. Last night was not fun. The kids are fine. Dad needs a Valium. Ashley was so wiped out by the time she feel asleep the she was incoherent when I tried to ask her questions. She woke up whimpering a bit kinda hunched up.I was trying to get her to answer me. No dice. I told to just answer yes, or no when I was asking if she was OK. This went on for a couple minutes. Had me freaked out. I gave me a slap on the leg to try to spark her attention. Well then she looked at me like I was stupid, but she said she was ok. On top of all this my car over heated earlier that day so I went to fill the radiator up. Well thats not going well I was working on it til about 2 trying to get the air out of the system, but its got an issue beyond low coolant. So I go in to crash out, and then my little one was acting up. Actually screaming/crying on, and off for about 2 hours. I didn't get to sleep till about 5. Both kids are good now, but I kept Ashley home from school because if it was a bug I didn't want her to bring it to school, and my car is shot out anyways. I think I am going to curl up under my desk and make babbling noises for the rest of the day!
    Thanks guys
    Ben
