My company is currently using a Java based program for dispatching tech.'s across several states, via Nextel phones, and this stuff SUX!
The network has crashed 3x in the past week, and it's been pretty crappy, on and off since they got it 1+ years ago.
Soooo, I'm soliciting suggestions for a replacement. I DON'T work in IT, but anything I can suggest up my food chain to help expedite getting rid of this crappy program.
Thanks

The name of the software is called Vettrotech. It's for dispatching service calls, with a text message of what the call is, who it's for, and assorted other data, with the ability to: 'Travel' 'start' 'parts needed' 'complete' that gets logged in to the system at our office out of state.
