about replacement subs!

i sent my subs back a couple weeks ago and i saw with the tracking number that you recieved them on the 3rd of january. what i FORGOT to include with them was any way to contact me besides my address! so i was wondering if i should give you a call or not? let me know...also i would love a box design for what im getting back (im pretty sure two gxn dvc 12;s) thanks a lot!!
