I recently ordered RD0194-1|5 TWEETER SL2000 8ea
RD6519-1|5 DRIVER MW6510 1 EA
guess what? they were delivered but to the wrong person. I don't know who. They even sign for the package and misspell my name. I wonder why FED EX didn't pick up on that. My neighbors said they didn't see a fed ex truck the entire day. I call fed ex and they said that they will investigate. I also have sent Polkaudio an email about this problem. I will call them on monday. have any of you club polk members had this problem with fed ex? I am so upset.The cost is over $400.00 I want my replacement drivers. can anyone give me some advice. thanks

Try to calm down a little till Monday...I'm sure everything will be resolved...if Fed Ex can't come up with your parts,then I'm sure Polk will ship you a replacement.

Sounds to me like it's Fed-Ex's problem. Did you ask them what address they sent it to? If not, ask. It may be that your tweeters are three houses down from you and you just don't know it.~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~

I had a recent issue with UPS along the same lines. Lost package which they say they dropped off (no sig). The seller on e-bay filed a claim and UPS is now investigating. I got a call from UPS with an inquiry about the shipment, etc. Lost packages are much easier to "claim" than damaged ones.
In your case Polk should get the ball rolling since the shipment and payment originated with them. In your case they can send out new parts, in my case I'm out the merchandise because the seller only had "one" and it's now lost or stolen. I'd rather have the merchandise than the money, but I have no choice but to take a refund if they pay the claim.

how did they screw that up? they should have a record of the address where it was delivered? or they should cover the cost of replacement.PolkFest 2012, who's going>?

I got my drivers in it wasn't Polk fault but fed ex
I Never said it was Polk fault.
The fed ex driver took them to the wrong address on Friday Aug.1 He took them to a music shop name Clyde. I open up the box and all 8 tweeters A bass driver is all there. Helen yabor of Polk audio In California is the best.

I went through the same thing not so long ago. I shipped SRT's from NY to a friend in Miami and they were signed for by someone unknown to the friend and i. To say i was s#!tting bricks was an understatement!!!
Ring Fedex and explain what has happened, we did the delivery guy picked up the friend and took him to where they were delivered. BINGO, problem sorted....In terms of audio, i truly feel sorry for the visually impaired. How can they know what they like if they cant read google?
