I'm going thru withdrawal systems!

No, not drugs...I'm talking music withdrawal here. I recently had to send my NAD T773 avr out to Pittsburgh for the repair on the popping sound I was getting. I use the NAD for both HT & as a preamp in stereo mode for my two channel listening. Now I'm down to listening to the speakers on my TV. I've given up movies & CD listening (I tried it but the TV speaks just don't cut it).

You really don't appreciate how good your system is until you don't have it for awhile. I can't wait till get my baby back. :D

    If you're facing an extended withdrawl, I have a spare Audcom 110 2 ch pre that I would ship out to you to use! You'll just need to pay to ship it back. Just trying to help you get well ;)

    Man, thanks for the offer. Hopefully it shouldn't be too much longer. If there's a problem w/ the repair & if it's going to out for awhile longer, I just might take you up on your offer! Thanks again!

    I'd load you something but the biggest I got right now are Silver 7t's and they are in use. The others are an Adcom GFA-535 MKII and a Rotel 980. I don't think they are powerful enough but if you want to borrow one of them, let me know.

    Actually, I made a typo, it's a 960. I didn't realize it until I couldn't change it anymore.

    My thoughts exactly EB.

    You've got a killer rig that would be bumped up to a new level with the right preamp.

    Funny that my HK avr is also in the shop right now and I got another month to go, so I'm running everything thru my preamp. No more 5.1. Right now it's all 2.1
