I thought you hated it? I'll tell her -- but just so you know, the phone number / hours & chat disappear during certain times of day (off hours of course) and reappear during business hours. It's more of a convenience thing for customers that aren't familiar with Polk and want to find a number or have a question for customer service.

Yeah, the new look makes me want to surf around the site. Not sure what you used, but it looks great. Thanks for staying away from the annoying flash videos as well.
