I'm having a Jerry Maguire moment, so bear with me. None of these are debatable as they are my observations and opinions over the years:
- Compromise is just that; don't expect anything more
- If you suspect there's a problem, there is
- I've only met one category of people that are completely honest and filled with integrity and hope---babies.
- If you think relationships take "work"--you've picked the wrong person
- There is no such thing as luck; good or bad
- Your dog does love you, despite your worst flaws--so do your children
- Regret has to be worse emotion to endure, because it only rears it's head when it's too late to make a difference
- Live everyday as if it were your last--cause it might be
- Hate is like a sack of potatos, carry it around long enough and it'll start to stink--and that's ALL it will do
- Never forget where you came from. None of us are perfect, and we all make mistakes.
- "No one can make you feel bad about yourself, without your permission" *Eleanor Roosevelt.
- The line above is more important than you'll ever know.
- Be yourself at all times, and in all places--anything less is cheating the rest of us.
- Never lose your ability to sympathize with others situations, or you will lose yourself.
