speakers for Denon 3808CI

I really need some advice here. I have a room thats 20x22. I eventually want a 5.1 speakers system to go with my Denon 3808, but for now I will get a pair of fronts, a center, and a subwoofer. My main concern when researching recievers, was music for my patio and pool area. We entertain alot now and i wanted music outside. I just bought a pair of axiom's for outside in my zone 2. Now, I need something for inside. We will use the Polk speakers on occasion for watching movies and about the same for music inside my home. I don't need anything to rumble my walls or anything, just quality sound. I am no audiophile, but have been known to be sensitive to bad sound.
There are a pair of RTi4's right now for a good price along with a PSW303, and a CSi3. I am sure that I would be more than satisfied with this. While looking yesterday, I found a pair of RTiA1's on Amazon for $188 pair! I just wonder about the vendor though. if I buy from him, and he's not an authorized Polk dealer, do i get a warranty?
Next question, and one that I just can't seem to get a straight answer on,
What is the difference between the RTi4's and the RTiA1's?
Would it be worth it go for the RTiA1's? Could I put the CSi3 adn PSW303 with these? Or do I need to look a different center and SW?
