    I just bought one a couple weeks ago and it has taken my sub to a new level. There is one sitting at Audiogon for $450

    i had one, sold it b/c i went audyssey.

    need to get one again as i'm going to run 2 subs :p

    will use sms-1 to try get a flat response with conquest/dts20, then let audyssey fine tune from there

    What other manufactures are out there becides Velo. Anything else to compare the SMS with, or are they the only ones?

    I am looking into the Feedback Destroyer, but something like the Velo w/ onscreen display would be nice.

    Hi. I've got a SMS-1 and am thinking as well about going Audyssey and losing the SMS-1. I have a thread going on AVSForum on that topic. Have you been happy with the Audyssey's bass management compared to the SMS-1?
