I have been seeing a few of these pop up time to time.
I'm very happy with my current setup (GTP-500II,GFA-555II and
GCD-600) Some really rant about the improvement. Is it worth
it? My setup sounds good but far from being great.

If you can get one for around 150.00 its a pretty good deal.I got a DH Labs D-75 digital cable to use with mine. They run around 75.00.You can get a basic 75ohm coax for less than half that though. The DAC will give you tighter bass and cleaner highs.Get a monarchy audio DIP combo to go with it and youll get more improvement.(depends on how much you want to invest in digital.)
