Agreed, "Them" is a little-known find. The subtitle-phobic should be warned that it's French, although there's really not that much dialogue once the action kicks in.
It's also the apparent unacknowledged inspiration for the recent Liv Tyler movie "The Strangers". "Them" is better. -
