Today is a Big Mac with the words:

"Hanging loose with the one and only Big Mac. My tip - always eat with two hands... ...I'm lovin' it!"

Yeah, nothing like subversive advertising sprinkled with a bit of sexual inuenndo to compliment your lunch!

Oh, that permeates the area near Camden. See, up here in Moorestown, it's real W.A.S.P.y so not a whole lot of the racist stuff going on. What's really sad is that people think that it's a giant, faceless company, trying to relate to them instead of seeing it as pandering to a demographic.

I don't even know why I went there for lunch. Just craving a Big Mac I guess.

What I honestly think about McD's. I think they are racial towards white people. Just my Opinion.

    They're racial?
There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

Some of the advertising is not only blatantly targeted but seems to pander to racially biased stereotypes that are often negative. It's borderline offensive. Mostly though, people see it, shake their heads and wonder what they were thinking.

You mean, like when they had a very brief ad campaign showing one of their burgers, and a guy says "I'd hit it". (obvious use of a slang catchphrase, and not knowing it's meaning)

That said; Mickey D's is off da hook yo! :D

John, I get that, I was just poking fun at the very odd phrasing in the post above mine...

MickeyD's isn't the ONLY co., everyone does it. Heck, I still remember that KFC commercial, and couldn't figure out why no raised a stink.
I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

McD's is the devil...no doubt. But I'm not sure what I have more of an issue with. The fact that their advertising has such racial overtones, or the fact that stupid PC America throws a fit about it and starts writing article upon article about the disservice to "African Americans". As if Africa is the only place black people come from. Sorry, but that term just pisses me off.

OK. I feel a long rant coming on so perhaps I should stop now.

My all time favorite of their recent advertising was a black man at a pair of turntables scratching the records with Big Macs sitting atop the records.
