Craigs List oppertunity

I was look on craigslist today and a guy just posted a pair of Cerwin-Vega E-715 15-Inch 3-Way Floorstanding Speakers for free because 1 has a blown woofer. Would I be able to replace the woofer if I went and picked these up? and are they worth picking up?
