PSW303 Which inputs to use

Hi Guys, Just got a psw303. After reading serval posts I'm still looking for the best hookup. My amp has a preamp (called moniter) out. I have it split into the two filtered inputs of the subwoofer. I'm looking for a bit more power (bass). The bass is clean and tight but just a pinch low in volume ,even at almost full power. I have 2 other options Lt and Rt tape moniter out or speaker level. Would either input produce more volume than the Moniter out...
