    It was $2199. It also came with a free printer (a $99 hp, but we upgraded to a canon that can fax for $19 more [my wife wanted it for work]). It's the same price everywhere. But if you have a collage ID, they are giving some sort of deal (my oldest is still in high school). It may be a little overpriced, but it did get great reviews everywhere (and it only takes about 30 seconds to boot up [vs that 5 minutes I wait for my other pcs). But it is amazing how many things you do as second nature with a pc (after using one since a double 360k floppy machine). This operating system may take a few weeks to get used to.

    I have been dealing with mwave.com for my last couple desktops. Spec out what you want. The will assemble and burn it in for $75. I could build it myself, but for $75 it was just easier to have them do the assembly, breakin and send it to me.

    Never had any issues with the 2 desktops that I have done this way.
