Thanks to some earlier advice that I have had from this forum, I have pretty much decided on upgrading to a CS1 as my center speaker with Monitor 30's as the surrounds. All of this, however, is just based on reviews and comments. I live in the San Francisco area and have been unable to find this center speaker at BB, CC or Fry's locations in the East Bay. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I might go anywhere in the Bay Area to hear the speaker(s) in person? Sure do miss having so many of the pure audio shops having gone out of business.......... Ideally, I would like to hear it in comparison with the CSi25, but that may be pushing my luck too far. Thanks in advance for any help!

CC or Frys should both carry the CS1. It's been awhile since I've been in either store, but I assume they're still there. BB carries the TSi line, not Monitor. Try Frys in Fremont.

    Combo rig:

Onkyo NR1007 pre-pro, Carver TFM 45(fronts), Carver TFM 35 (surrounds)
    SDA 1C, CS400i, SDA 2B
    PB13Ultra RO
    BW Silvers
    Oppo BDP-83SE

Excellent point. I looked at a local Fry's and was disappointed in their setup, but never thought to go to the main store in Fremont. I'll be there this weekend. Many thanks for the helpful comment.
