That is completely crazy to pay that much for a pair of SRS. On the other hand, if someone is willing to pay it, more power to him I guess?

I still think they will sell. It's not like you can walk down to tweeter or best buy and buy a pair for $3000

I think that was the original listing (ended on 7/21). This one still has two days left on it. That is odd though isn't it.

Speaking of cat ..... at the price, the seller should have noted that the SDA's didn't come from a pet-free home (note the cat sitting on the desk).

Also, the one pic shows where some wall pictures had been removed, and the difference in tones definitely suggests that these speakers aren't coming from a smoke-free environment.

Other than that .... and the "No Longer Registered" thing .... and the "0" feedback thing .... and the price .... Good deal !

    Maybe cigarette butts.

Regardless, the house is a dump.

You can even see the brown layer of cigarette smoke that has collected on the terminal cup. I beg to differ that they are in "mint" condition...

It's called dust, not a brown layer of cigarette smoke. I mean, that doesn't even make sense.

I'm just saying that I have bought speakers that came from a smoking household in the past and the 'dust' that settles on the speakers is nasty, smelly stuff that has to be scrubbed off with a wet rag.

Just look at the walls in that house.... you can't tell me thats dust.... thats some nasty film from a two-pack-a-day habit.

Yeah, I don't know. The one wall is bright white, the others aren't.....who knows. Something I think we can all agree on, the guy lives like a pig and he'll never sell those speakers at that price.
