    You know what someone should do, report the ad. Bottom of the page there is a report button, the second seller obviously ripped off tringtrang and should have the ad revoked and ebay account closed. If it is indeed the same person it is a violation of Ebay's policy and perhaps both will be closed. Win/Win.

    Jerking this guy around might be fun, but as Justin said, this could reflect badly on Polk's online store presence. I don't see how, but I'd leave it alone.

    Nothing against Justin or his thoughts on the subject, nothing at all. Harassing the guy as some of us did is one thing and does reflect badly for Polk and this forum. What we are doing now is informing the Polk forum members of a bad Flea-Prey seller once more because he violated the rules. There is NOTHING wrong with that.

    If Flea-Prey can't inform the public about their own deadbeat seller, we have the every right to inform the members of this forum of a deadbeat seller. Like I said, **** with the guy is one thing. Informing the public and the forum members of a shady deal is another.

    Maybe Flea-Prey will get their act together one day to actually protect the consumer, until then..........;) Wouldn't you want to know about a bad seller here? Well, we post sellers ratings [good or bad]. What's the difference? Nothing. We are informing this forum of a deadbeat seller just as we would with our own members.

    If you think about it, part of the forums history is informing the members of deadbeat sellers. Scott T. / Wangotango ring a bell? If it doesn't just use the forum's search. Untold amounts of $$$ were saved by him being exposed. He's occasionally doing the same thing but because this forum was exposed to his criminal activity and reported it, no member here or on some other forums got ripped off.

    That's a good thing.
