Thoughts on Adcom GFA 7605?

I am looking to get a 5 channel amp to mate with my Outlaw 950. Any thoughts on the Adcom 7605? I have an opportunity to get one for $450 shipped. Just wondering about performance and whether or not this is a fair price. Thanks in advance.
