Well mine of course. It sounds like a $10,000 21st century tube victrola or the best turntable and cartridge you can buy today except I only play cd's on it.
1. MC 275 mkiv amp, all telefunken except 2 gold lion kt88 reissues on the left and 2 vintage genelex gold lion kt88's on the right.
2. Sunfire classic tube pre with 3 tf e88cc
3. Ah! 99 tube cdp with 2 tf e188cc
4. AQ jaquar dbs, rcas: cdp to pre, xlrs: pre to amp
5. Stock Polk SDA 2.3 speaks except for the $1.50 mod in my signature
6. Romex solid core single strand copper electrical wire to speakers and SDA ic.

I need some of what you're on."He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche

Could you imagine having him as a neighbor! Poking his head through the window at breakfast. What are you eating? What car did you have before this one? Would you have kids again? Where do you shop for clothes....Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks

So far, my La Scala and AZ amps . Those Fostex drivers are super good at delicate stuff, especially being driven with low tube power. They're just missing that last bit of high freq extension.
I agree with you about the Audioquest Jaguar. I really like mine between the source and pre. The Diamondbacks are very good as well. I like the high frequencies they produce. Probably because they coat the RCA with silver. -
Carl,
You wouldn't know good sound if it slid up your leg and bit you on the ****. Which, I hope it doesn't because that would give you something else to either whine and/or start another host of stupid f**king threads about.

It was so much nicer when you were banned.~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~

No comment. I'm sitting back watching 2 or 3 of you self-destruct and dragging polk's superb reputation through the dirt along with you. I'm staying out of your business so please stay out of mine.
Have a good day.
I know I am.
Heart is jamming on my stock sda 2b's as we speak.
You were right about 1 thing. The 2.2 uf/mfd cap didn't block enough of the mids on my 2b's but the 1.0 uf/mfd is perfect. -
Back on topic:
Tube driven maggies.
I'm not using either one right now. I'm currently going with DQ-10s and SS while I rearrange things for the A-7s.Make it Funky! -
