Thread Prefix Editing?

Is there a glitch with editing the prefix on some threads? I'm trying to mark the FS thread on my Sennheisers as Sold, I go to my first post, click Edit, go to Advanced, and the option for changing the prefix isn't there.
Should I have that option?

I think only an admin or moderator can change the thread prefix.Wristwatch--->Crisco

I concur, I was under the impression it was like the title of a thread, you could only change it if no one responds, once there is a single response it is locked in. All my F/S threads that have sold eventually where changed my unseen forces...I assume Justin.

I agree that the thread starter should be able to edit the tags AND the subject line. This is the only forum I've been on that you can't. I don't understand what the issue is on this?Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2

I'm pretty sure its just me and I only check it if I'm bored or doing something else here.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
