multiple amps?

hi guys need some help with my boat stereo i currently run a clarion m455 headunit into a clarion 480x amp that pushs 1 set 6.5 components and 1 set 7" components now i want to hook a polk c300.2 and feed my kicker kmts tower speakers and could i hook a c500.1 amp thru the c300.2 to feed my mm2124dvc? any ideas:)
