I told my customer I paid a lot of money for her car so I couldn't give her a discount.

Actually she ask if she could get a discount for paying it off early but she only owes $500 more (2 payments).

Next?

I think you missed Andy's tongue firmly planted in his cheek. Good one Senor Gwis. Or maybe I'm lying...
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Honey, remember when i bought that preamp last year? I also bought the amplifier that goes with it.
My friend just had the opportunity to bring it today since it was soo heavy......
Btw, next week i'll be picking up the other amplifier at his house.

"I completely understand that your diagnostic colonoscopy that was submitted with medical records that states that you are 30 years old with colon cancer should have been paid at 100% per your ROUTINE COLONOSCOPY benefits."

Because i'm required to take the side of the insured as part of "Member Advocate" training, i have to lie to them constantly to make them feel like they know what they're talking about.

I know it's a blanket statement, but i ONLY see the problems at my job. Nobody calls in to say "Oh hey, i just wanted to say what a good job you guys did processing and paying my insurance claim."

I work for the largest Health Insurance corporation in North America. I've probably talked to some of you.
