RT800 bad driver?

hey guys i have a RT800 and one the drivers are cracking at a low volume but turned up a bit goes away this driver sound blown? if so anyway to get a replacement somewhere est. price? and does anyone know how to properly take these things apart such as the front panel with the two drivers?
