Not wanting to start any type of debate here. I am simply looking for a basic yes or no answer. If you have used Phiten I would like to know if you noticed any difference or not. I know this type of stuff has been around for a very long time, just curious to see if what users say about it.

And I do not currently use Phiten or any other type of product.

From GOogling, looks like titanium based jewelry and accessories designed to reduce pain / improve health.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Health comes from the inside. Similar to most of these items (magnets, special alloys, etc.) the fix is psychological/placebo-based; if you think it helps, it may very well do so, but not on a physiological level.

Yeah I have read all the stuff on it. I have seen it before with the bracelets about ten years ago. Just was curious about it. It seems to be this huge rage in the MLB. And I was reading an article about someone asking why all these baseball players are wearing these necklaces. Then Phiten came up, so i was just curious about it.

We have a BUNCH of baseball players wearing it, but none can tell me what they do for them. It seems like a trend in golfers and ballplayers to latch onto this stuff, but even if the effect is psychological it is worth it. A lot of these accessories claim to align the metallic elements of the body (a lot like the magnets claimed to in the 90's). The Phiten products are much more reasonably priced then a lot of the competitors stuff, so why not? Give it a shot and see if it works.

I often sit in front of massive numbers of SDA magnets. Makes me feel better than before I sat in front of them. Of course they are normally on...
