Need some help with a non disclosure form

Hi! I have an item I want to show to someone but I need a non disclosure form that she will have to sign first. I want something easy to understand and am hoping someone here might know of an internet site I can get one from. Yes, I have looked and have had no luck.

Any help, as always, is very much appreciated.

    Found 'legalforms.com' via google? Not sure if you're looking for free PDF's or not, but just google 'legal forms' Lots of websites.
