I don't think this is exactly new news.. but I just heard about it.. the guy is Fillipino and of course you guessed it.. he sounds pretty close to former Journey front man Steve Perry. Imagine that.

I guess INXS did the same thing a few years back when they were looking to replace their front man.. they found someone who sounded pretty similar to Michael Hutchence (RIP).
PolkFest 2012, who's going>?
Vancouver, Canada Sept 30th, 2012 - Madonna concert

Pretty impressive voice coming from that dude, and very nice stage presence.
Looks like he's very comfortable fronting for Journey.

Although they have good guitar/drums/keyboards, without the right front man, Journey ain't Journey.

Thats pretty cool. I have been telling my buddy he needs to get some videos going on you tube. He has played with some big names, but never really puts himself out there.

I will have to give him a kick in the ****. He is a great guitar player, and nearly everyone he plays with says he should go for it.

Boston is touring with a singer they found on Myspace. He had done several songs as a tribute after Brad Delp died. One of the band members' wives was sent the link and was playing the music, and it was so close to Brad's voice, he thought it was from a live recording of them. The guy works at Home Depot. :)

Remember that movie with Wahlberg, Rock Star? That was about this same thing. All in all a fun flick with pretty good songs.
