I doubt you will find USB and/or digital output in any serious entry level phono preamp.

Maybe if you wanted an easy way digitize some vinyl, but ultimately, I think the better sounding solution would be to have a good analog output to a preamp, then feed the tape loop to a nice recording sound card (M-audio or E-mu). That Rotel I linked is hard to beat for the price.
